Rose Garden (NDIS)

Rose Garden is a flood-responsive Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) development designed to support participants with High Physical support needs. The project transforms environmental challenges into opportunities for safer, healthier, and more resilient living environments through elevated building design, accessible planning, universal design principles, abundant natural light, and biophilic landscaping. Focused on enhancing independence, wellbeing, and quality of life, Rose Garden delivers accessible housing that balances flood resilience, dignity, comfort, and long-term liveability.
